The first encounter of major insurers organized within the framework of the G20 was attended by more than 300 companies, insurance industry leaders from all over the world, who gathered in the Argentine city of Bariloche in order to create their own space for discussion. The 2018 Insurance Forum was organized by the Argentine Finance Ministry, through their national insurance supervisory body. MAPFRE was represented by Marcos Ferreira, LATAM South Regional CEO, Carlos Estebenet, MAPFRE non-executive chairman in Argentina, and Salvador Rueda, the company’s general manager.
