People and the new jobs were the focus of the second Ageingnomics event, organized jointly by MAPFRE and Deusto, which sought to explore the opportunities that active aging presents for the economy. At the event, MAPFRE’s HR General Manager, Elena Sanz, declared that “In MAPFRE, we are promoting and working on the digital transformation, and accompanying people in this process. The public would not understand it if companies tackled the digital transformation by leaving their current workforce behind.”
