It was 13 years ago that this magazine interviewed me about my work to update MAPFRE’s Graphic Identity.
That was one of the most intense, rewarding jobs of my professional career. MAPFRE’s deployment of the results in each of its areas was so systematic and rigorous that, nearly two decades later, it remains a model we can encounter every day in cities and towns around Spain.
