In pursuit of its goal to contribute to the educational, cultural and social development of the Canary Islands, Fundación MAPFRE Guanarteme is offering five grants to study overseas and enhance opportunities for university students by way of professional internships in companies and institutions based in Washington D.C., USA.
To this end, it has joined forces with the Advanced Leadership Foundation, a global institution that fosters and promotes the development of future business, political and social leaders. In addition, it called for applications for
training scholarships for specialist physicians to become experts in complex medical processes or for the execution of advanced medical procedures, as well as for three grants to take specialization courses in music in other countries overseas.
