MAPFRE recently welcomed an institutional visit by the Japanese corporation Mitsui Sumimoto Insurance Group, headed by its president, Noriyuki Hara.
They were welcomed to Madrid by our Chairman & CEO, Antonio Huertas, who was accompanied by several company executives. Mitsui and MAPFRE initiated relations in 1982, signing an initial reinsurance contract and, since then, close ties have been established, collaborating in several projects and countries.
