“Human Resources works in two directions: firstly, digitizing its internal processes and, secondly, helping to ensure the organization as a whole promotes and facilitates the transformation that the business requires,” explained Carmen Sáez, assistant general manager of Human Resources for the Corporate Areas, during an event organized by Accenture.
The development of people with digital skills, encouraging new forms of working that are more flexible and collaborative, or knowledge management are just some of the initiatives HR is already working on, in order to advance the digitization of the company.
