Antonio Huertas opened the 1st Spain-Brazil Forum in São Paulo.

The event aims to bring together representatives of governments, the business world and civil society in both countries to promote the full development of their relationship as strategic partners.
Chairing the 1st Spain-Brazil Forum was shared by both countries.

On the Spanish side was Antonio Huertas, who chairs the Fundación Consejo España-Brasil, organizer of the Forum. During the opening ceremony, the chairman declared: “We companies must be champions of decency and honesty. This is necessary for social and economic development to keepon the right track.

” The Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, presided over the closing of the Forum, in which the new digital economy and free trade were some of the key issues tabled for reflection and analysis.
