In Spain, MAPFRE is the unequivocal leader among Internet users who ended up changing insurance company. Moreover, MAPFRE was by far the company with the most visited website during 2016, ahead of Línea Directa and Mutua Madrileña.
As for comparison websites, Rastreator has positioned itself as the undisputed leader, being used on some occasion by nine out of ten Internet users who turned to this kind of tool in search of information about insurance policies.
